MCS FLOW
System for measuring and controlling fluid flow in each individual mold channel
Modular distribution system that can manage manifolds from 4 to 16 independent circuits. Designed to measure and control the fluid flow rate in each mold channel. The system also features a 7” touchscreen panel that displays process data, allowing for parameterization and monitoring of each circuit. The data is represented graphically for easy understanding.

Description and operation
The MCS FLOW comprises two interconnected parts – hydraulic and
electrical.
The system can work in automatic or manual mode and displays alarm
messages in case of process deviations and minimum and maximum volume
alarm. Each individual circuit is represented by a graph.
