SATELLITE INJECTION UNIT
Production of bi-material (or more) products on traditional presses.
The peculiarity of this machinery is the easiness to be moved from one working station to another and its reliability. The injection group slides on prismatic rails and the injection movement is carried out by two parallel hydraulic cylinders that are placed next to the plasticization screw.

Easy to be adapted to any Press
The injection group can be assembled on the fixed part through a special support. When the machine is not in use it can rotate to carry out the correct alignments in order to get close to the machine. Otherwise the injection group can be placed on a mobile support put on the floor or it can be fixed directly to the mold.
Reliability in large productions
The hydraulic system has been designed to reduce energy consumption while still maintaining high performances. The pump has been soaked into a closed tank in order to reduce the noise; if it is used with the inverter placed on the pump engine it is possible to work without the hydraulic oil cooling system .The
system control is MOOG/Microset assisted by microprocessor and movable control panel with monochromatic LCD to set the cycle.
Ease of use
Programming the injector is a simple and quick activity and it keeps all the injection functions: 4 pressures, 4 adjustable speeds, air suction before and after the charge of the material, adjustable back pressure, temperature programming of the plasticization cylinders, alarms and time settings. Optional feature : Availability to have a complete management of two radials for every cycle phase. Internal memory up to 100 programs.
